A clearer way to plan every day.

Discover the tools in NITI, from a quick thought to a complete plan.

Version 2.2.0

Your notifications, in one place

A shared event inbox, clearer account controls and help installing NITI.

  • The bell in the dashboard and extension popup keeps reminders and focus-timer events even when system notifications are off. Press B in the dashboard to open it. Project links, task priority and compact bulk actions are available. Read state and deletion synchronize with your account.
  • Control extension and website notification delivery separately. The last dashboard section stays independent on each surface.
  • See device IP and browser version, use compact profile actions, and expand account feature explanations when needed.
  • Install NITI with the new NITI-specific illustrated guide, device installation controls and an optional reminder after your first task.
  • System permission is managed by your browser. Closed mobile PWA push delivery is not available yet.
Installation and notifications
Version 2.1.0

Your tasks in your AI workflow

Connect an AI client to NITI through MCP.

  • The first extension supplies your initial dashboard order and preferences. Layout changes synchronize as one snapshot; older clients retain settings they do not know.
  • Search and manage tasks, projects, strategies and daily focus from an AI client.
  • Read access is offered first. Allow changes separately and revoke each connection in Account.
  • Changes use the same account workspace and synchronization as the web app and extension.
  • Download or restore a manual JSON backup in the extension or web app. Account restoration synchronizes across devices; sessions and access tokens are excluded.
  • Yandex Metrika is enabled on the website and web app. Account content and input fields are masked; only section names appear in analytics URLs.
  • Add https://app.niti1.com/mcp in a compatible AI client and sign in to NITI.
Version 2.0.0

Your workspace across devices

An optional account connects the extension and web app.

  • Keep working locally without an account. Sign in to synchronize automatically on every device.
  • Tasks, projects, strategies, daily focus, dashboard layout and user preferences synchronize together. Missing local objects are added with their original IDs.
  • Use the familiar dashboard in a browser or install it as a PWA. Offline changes are sent when you reconnect. Allow notifications for reminders while NITI is open.
  • Manage devices, export account data and delete your account in Account.
  • The web app and Google accounts are available at app.niti1.com. Extension synchronization requires version 2.1.0. Notifications while the mobile PWA is closed are not included.
Version 1.8.0

Your tasks on the calendar

Plan by week or month in a calendar with project-colored tasks.

  • Tasks appear by start time, with deadline fallback and a separate list for undated tasks.
  • Add or edit tasks, drag to move them, and resize their estimate in the week view.
  • In Overview and the popup, use Reschedule after Postpone until tomorrow to choose a new start date and time.
  • Show or hide completed tasks. Cards show the time, title, and priority, with more details on hover.
Version 1.7.0

Focus timer

A Pomodoro timer for the dashboard and popup.

  • Set work and break durations, pause, reset, or skip a phase.
  • Track completed sessions and keep the timer minimized while you work.
  • Open the timer in a separate window or from the popup.
  • Get notifications when a phase ends, even while the dashboard is closed.
Version 1.6.0

Your dashboard, where you need it

Open the full workspace in Chrome's side panel, a separate window, or a tab.

01

Choose where to work

  • The popup has separate icon buttons for the side panel, a new 1200×800 window, and a tab.
  • Choose where popup tasks open in Settings, including when you edit a task.
  • A burger menu makes dashboard sections accessible in narrow windows and the side panel.
  • Press Alt+Shift+A to open or close the side panel. If it is unassigned, set it in your browser shortcut settings.
  • In a narrow side panel, search stays visible and extra filters open when you hover or focus the search block.
Version 1.5.0

Shortcuts and a live clock

Use keyboard shortcuts to manage tasks and see the local date and time in the dashboard.

01

Shortcuts at hand

  • Press N to capture, / to search, or G followed by 1–5 to change sections.
  • With a task open, E edits it, F changes daily focus, P postpones it, and X completes it.
  • Press ? or hover over the keyboard icon beside Settings in the top toolbar to see every shortcut and where to change the browser shortcut.
02

Local date and time

  • The dashboard header shows your local date, weekday, and time in your language, updating every minute.
Version 1.4.4

Recurring tasks and smaller screens

The next repeat stays on schedule, and task controls remain usable on narrow screens.

01

Tasks and editing

  • Completing a recurring task early schedules its next occurrence for the next cycle while preserving the time between its start and deadline.
  • On narrow screens, form sections and fields stack vertically, and task controls remain reachable without covering the list.
Version 1.4.3

A clearer way to manage tasks and projects

The latest changes to the icon counter, task actions, and project cards.

01

A badge count that works for you

  • Show unfinished tasks scheduled for today.
  • Show overdue tasks.
  • Or show the combined total of today's and overdue tasks.
02

Task list and quick actions

  • Postpone a task by 24 hours from the task list, popup, or Overview cards using the clock-and-arrow action.
  • Select “No project” in the project filter to show tasks without a project.
  • The dashboard tab icon and title follow your chosen counter mode.
03

Project cards

  • Rename a project with the pencil beside its name; leaving the field saves it.
  • Use the “+” icon to add a task to the project.
Version 1.4.0
